Our journey begins with the selection of 100-percent-pure Lowland Blue Weber Agave. Using traditional methods, our base spirit is crafted through brick-oven roasting, stone tahona maceration, and distillation in copper stills.

This meticulously prepared spirit is then transported to Israel, where it embarks on a unique and distinctive aging process in wine barrels that imbue it with the Negev’s terroir to become the spirit of the desert, that has unparalleled depth and character.
